Aeromar Mexico launches new AeroMayan Pass
It’s now easier and cheaper to visit archeological sites throughout southern Mexico thanks to the launch of Aeromar’s exciting new AeroMayan Pass. The new packages connect the gateways of Cancún, Mérida, Mexico City, Oaxaca, Tuxtla Gutiérrez and Villahermosa. This means that travellers can now design their own Mayan Route itinerary and visit archeological sites such as Monte Alban, Chichen Itza and Palenque much more easily and at a lower cost.
The AeroMayan Passes are available in quantities of five ( $425 USD), 10 ($800 USD), or 15 ( $1,125 USD) flight segments, with prices inclusive of taxes and fees. The AeroMayan Passes are valid for stays from seven to 45 days from first day of use. Below is a list of the airport codes applicable on the pass.
CUN – Cancun
MEX – Mexico City
MID – Mérida (Yucatán)
OAX – Oaxaca
TGZ – Tuxtla Gutiérrez
VSA – Villahermosa
CPE (in special itinerary flight options, only) – Campeche
This new AeroMayan Pass is especially handy if you’re travelling to an Aeromar beach destination such as Puerto Escondido, Puerto Vallarta or Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. Travellers can connect through Mexico City and design their own itinerary, choosing their desired destinations on the Ruta Maya, and schedule travel up to 24 hours before flight times (subject to availability of seats) with no additional charges when booking.
