These no-bake energy balls are packed with healthy ingredients yet take just minutes to whip up.

Ingredients

  • 7 dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon shredded coconut unsweetened

Topping

  • 3 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a blender, crush all ingredients together to form a unified batter.
  • With your hands, create small balls and roll them on a plate with the shredded coconut to coat them.
  • Place the plate in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy this sweet treat and happy holidays!

Notes

  • Add maple syrup to taste. 
  • Store the energy balls in the fridge up to 5 days in an air tight container.
