5lemonsone for garnish
2cupsginger beer
1cupbourbon
1/4cuppomegranate seeds
2/3cupsugar cane syrupOr less to taste
2cupscold water
3peachesfresh sliced
Instructions
Roll four lemons on the counter top with your palm to help release the juices from the lemons. Cut each lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice through a strainer into a bowl.
Cut the peaches into thin slices and remove any mushy flesh or threads from around the pit. (Sprinkle lemon juice on the peach slices to prevent them from turning brown if you're doing this step in advance).
Slice the remaining lemon in rings (removing any seeds) and add in a pitcher with the peaches.
Pour in the lemon juice, the syrup (to add a hint of sweetness.), ginger beer, bourbon and water. Mix lightly with a long spoon.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or until well chilled.
Add pomegranate seeds and ice-cubes to the pitcher. Stir lightly and serve

You can vary the amount of sugar cane syrup to taste depending on the sweetness of the ginger beer you use, the sweetness of the peaches and your own personal preference.
